This book was such a pleasant surprise, after the starting-strong previous run by Tony Daniel kind of fizzled out for me near the end. The "done in one" formula fit this book so well, and was the perfect counterpoint to the (also excellent) long-form lore-heavy storytelling Snyder was doing in his book.
Fantastic art by Fabok as well. I hope to see more of these two again in the future!
-MikeAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10945794.post-47467399291042140762014-12-01T15:02:25.321-06:002014-12-01T15:02:25.321-06:00Flash is a great idea; Layman's smart take mig...Flash is a great idea; Layman's smart take might be a nice contribution to Superman, too. Layman did an exemplary job on the villains, that I would love to see him let loose on a Flash's Rogues title. That would seem to be right up his alley! Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
