Hopefully someone else will chime in with the exact history, but I do know that on the newest Justice League of America teaser cover for the Brad Meltzer series, they had a silhoutte with the pony tail supposed to seem to be Zatanna (but the spot was actually filled by Black Canary).<BR/><BR/>Zatanna in that costume, I'd note, seems significantly older than her current portrayal. I also just read on a blog somewhere (can anyone help me remember where I saw this) that there's an issue of Hellblazer where Zatanna smokes dope or snorts cocaine or something.
