Despite Millar's status as one of the most high-profile writers in comics, much of his DC work remains uncollected, and the majority that has been was out of print until very recently. I get the impression Millar probably burned some bridges when he left for Marvel that are only now (15 years later) being rebuilt.Deep Space Transmissionshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00414972501155263803noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10945794.post-74151468652368265122014-08-28T08:58:05.127-05:002014-08-28T08:58:05.127-05:00Will the 'Dial H Deluxe Edition' not inclu...Will the 'Dial H Deluxe Edition' not include the Villain's Month issue?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10945794.post-50566208568995333592014-08-25T09:10:59.301-05:002014-08-25T09:10:59.301-05:00Somehow I missed it, but Aquaman vol. 5 had its co...Somehow I missed it, but Aquaman vol. 5 had its content listing changed, and now it will collect Aquaman #26-31, Aquaman Annual #2 and Swamp Thing #32. Good thing that the short crossover will be fully collected in at least one book, and maybe there's time for DC to include Aquaman #31 in Swamp Thing vol. 6.

Meanwhile, Aquaman and the Others vol. 1 will now include Aquaman #20 and Aquaman Annual #1. Those two issues had been skipped by the main Aquaman collections because they were written by Ostrander instead of Johns, and since the Others figure heavily in them, it makes sense to collect them along with the first five issues of their ongoing series.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10945794.post-49769351150780901202014-08-24T15:06:18.478-05:002014-08-24T15:06:18.478-05:00Amazon links are now working.Amazon links are now working.collectededitionshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14698269790653953645noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10945794.post-79629266840101559592014-08-21T18:01:57.254-05:002014-08-21T18:01:57.254-05:00Nathan, thanks for the clarification, and welcome!...Nathan, thanks for the clarification, and welcome! I have noticed on occasion DC doing "catch-up" collections that are a little bigger/farther-reaching than normal -- Justice League Dark Vol. 4 is still collecting Trinity War (fer gosh-sakes) but then it's also going all the way through "Blight," eight issues total. Green Arrow Vol. 3 only had four Green Arrow issues, but Green Arrow Vol. 4 had nine. So it's possible Batman Vol. 7 will just be big and maybe that'd get it caught up.collectededitionshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14698269790653953645noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10945794.post-82567212900166412312014-08-21T17:38:45.341-05:002014-08-21T17:38:45.341-05:00Hey all, long time reader, first time commenter. Really enjoy this site a lot!

As to answer your guys' question we actually get the Savage City arc with the Dark City arc in the upcoming Batman vol. 5 collection. It is listed as having those issues everywhere now. 25-27, 29-31.

What I'd like to know is if volume 6 is going to collect the uncollected issues that have been skipped won't that put us further behind with the Batman collections? What about the upcoming Endgame arc? We have to wait for volume 7, probably over a year away now when all the other collections will still be on pace with what they have been collecting.

I am happy that the uncollected material is being collected but not at the expense of derailing what would have been there. It would be really cool if volume 7 gets an earlier release or they change volume 6 to have the Endgame arc and release the uncollected material in some other collection as an "Untold Tales" kinda thing.

Take care and peace.
