Those included Squee, Johnny the Homicidal Maniac, Skeleton Ki (which I also tried to track down that summer but couldn't) and Courtney Crumrin. "2K Leagues" is both my favorite classic SF book and live-action Disney movie. I'm also a huge HG Wells nut in general. My father was a huge H. Little did I know that the short story at the end of volume 1 was one of the more comprehensible prose bits of LoEG.doug.glassmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18018711097234509826noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10945794.post-73669490679011274882012-08-23T02:50:03.623-05:002012-08-23T02:50:03.623-05:00Sounds fun!Sounds fun!Eyzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05350758607787528425noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10945794.post-23090155464128130052012-08-22T08:57:04.136-05:002012-08-22T08:57:04.136-05:00Unfortunately I have never read or even heard of t...Unfortunately I have never read or even heard of the wretch, so I can't comment on it. However I would be interested in hearing about what made you decide to pick up that first volume of LoEG.nikosnoreply@blogger.com
