    1. Thanks! New Suicide Squad is on my to-read list, though I'm a little wary after the first collection's Vic Sage weirdness. Does the series get better?

  2. From what I've read thus far, it keeps the same status quote as the previous two. Victory Sage and the Pearl Group gets further explained. Nevertheless, I'm looking forward to reading the Rebirth collection.

  4. Recently I got The New Frontier and the new DC character encyclopedia. Looks like I'll be having a very awesome week indeed :D Overall the year has been stellar, and I fell in love with the Justice League from this year.

    1. What sparked your interest in the Justice League this year? Are we talking Darkseid War, or something different/classic?

    2. I honestly don't remember, it might have just been a phase, but this year I collected the first 5 deluxe volumes from the JLA run that Morrison started, and loved all of them. I'm getting the last 4 volumes soon. Right now Mark Waid is my favorite writer on that title.

Other than that I've been slowly collecting the New 52 Justice League, Justice League International (classic run), and nabbing the Silver Age trades that have been coming out. I finally have a full shelf dedicated to Justice League comics, and the title (no matter what era) just makes me giddy and happy.

    3. Glad you've got a book you're enjoying. Hopefully that Justice League: Breakdowns book makes it so you can read the end of the JLI era.

  5. I'm hope Breakdowns does well enough for DC to go back & fill in the holes left in the JLI collections!

    1. Seconded! Maybe re-release some of those paperbacks to match the hardcovers that came before them.
